Transfer to primary school class 4 in class 5 of the Schloss-Schule

Most children change after the 4th grade of primary school to the 5th secondary school class of the Schloss-Schule. In order to make the school transition as easy as possible for the 5th graders, the school has had a mentoring system for all new students for several years.

But it is also possible to transfer to the Schloss-Schule in higher grades and as a secondary school graduate .

Deciding on the "right" school after the 4th grade is not easy. The Schloss-Schule therefore organises information events for 4th grader parents. The following events were or will be held soon:

    Informations-Veranstaltung für alle Eltern von Viertklasskindern mit Vortrag und Vorstellung der Schule durch Schulleiter Alexander Franz.

In order to get a real impression of the Schloss-Schule Kirchberg, it is best if children and parents experience the school on site. Therefore, the Schloss-Schule introduces itself on the following dates:

  • Samstag, 22.02.2025: Tag der offenen Tür, 10:00 - 13:00 Uhr
    Wir laden alle Familien ganz herzlich zu unserem Tag der offenen Tür ein.
    • 12:00 Uhr Ansprache des Schulleiters im Speisesaal
    • ab 12:15 Uhr Essen im Speisesaal
    • danach gemütlicher Ausklang und Gespräche
      Wir freuen uns auf zahlreiche Besucher und darauf Sie und Ihre Kinder kennen zu lernen!
       
  • Mo 17.02., Di 18.02., Do 20.02.2025, jeweils von 13.40 Uhr bis 15.15 Uhr: Schnuppertag-Termine (mit Anmeldung per Telefon/Mail)
    • Wir laden Grundschulkinder der Klasse 4 ein am Nachmittag in unseren Unterricht zu schnuppern und unsere Schule aus der Nähe und im Alltag kennenzulernen!
    • Da die Kinder voraussichtlich direkt nach dem Grundschulunterricht zu uns gebracht werden, halten wir einen kräftigenden Imbiss bereit, so dass der Nachmittagsunterricht gut gestärkt angegangen werden kann!

Transition after 5th grade

Also from class 5 (in class 6) or at a later date the transition to the Schloss-Schule Kirchberg is possible. Of course, we also accept students during the year.

Über das 10 plus-Modell ist es möglich, als Quereinsteiger oder Realschulaufsetzer der Klasse 10 auf die Schloss-Schule Kirchberg überzuwechseln und hier mit Abitur die Schullaufbahn abzuschließen.
